About Tracepoint.
Tracepoint is skip tracing plus a CRM for real estate wholesalers. It is built and run by Fadi Abuhafed.
What Tracepoint is
Tracepoint is two things in one place. The first is skip tracing: you give it a list of property owners, and it looks up their phone numbers. The second is a CRM to work those numbers: contacts, a pipeline, a dialer and texting.
The lookups run on your own Windows PC through the Tracepoint Helper, a small app you install once and pair with your workspace. Everything else opens in your browser.
Who builds it
Tracepoint is built and run by Fadi Abuhafed. The booking link on this site goes to his own calendar, so a call you book is a call with the person who runs the product.
Who it is for
Tracepoint is for real estate wholesalers and investors who reach sellers by phone. Wholesalers trace big lists, often hundreds of thousands of owners, and need the numbers, the calls and the follow-up in one tool instead of three.
What it costs
A new account gets 5,000 skip-trace lookups one time, with no card. The CRM comes with them. A lookup is only used when a new phone number comes back for an owner, so re-tracing people already in your workspace costs nothing. When you need more, book a call and more are added by hand.
How to get help
The simplest way to get an answer is a 30-minute call. It is the same booking link the Tracepoint Helper shows. You can also follow along on YouTube and LinkedIn.
