The problem with a bought list

A wholesaler's day starts with a property, not a person: a house that looks vacant, a tax bill that has gone unpaid, a probate filing at the courthouse. Turning that into a phone call means finding out who owns it and then finding a number for them, and most tools split those two steps across two different products. You export a list from one place, upload it to a second place to get numbers back, and pay per lookup on top of whatever the list itself cost.

Property data comes straight from county and parish records, county by county, and new counties get added over time. Where does the owner list come from?

You draw the county on the map inside Tracepoint, and the owner-of-record for every parcel underneath it loads with the deed name and mailing address on the row. From there you trace the ones you want a phone number for.

How is this different from working a spreadsheet?

The map, the trace and the CRM are one screen. A list built elsewhere still has to be traced and then re-typed into whatever holds your pipeline; here the owner goes straight from the map into a contact you can call, text or email without leaving the page.
