Our promise

Effective September 10, 2026

Two things get promised here, and nothing else. They are the two that people have been burned by often enough to stop believing anybody.

1. A feature you have is never taken away

While you are a customer, anything that works for you today keeps working. It does not move behind a higher tier. It does not become an add-on. It does not get removed in a tidy-up, a redesign, or a “simplification of our plans”.

If we ever do retire something — because the data source behind it closed, or because it was replaced by something better — you keep the old one, or you get its replacement at no extra cost. Your choice, not ours, and we tell you before it happens rather than after.

2. No credits, no tokens, no per-click meter

Nothing in this product counts down while you use it. There is no credit balance, no lookup token, and no screen that shows you a number getting smaller. Limits exist — every product has them — and where one applies it is stated plainly, once, in the place it applies, as a limit rather than a balance you are spending.

Skip tracing is part of the product rather than something billed per number found. The same lead never costs a second lookup, and a lead the engine has already seen costs you nothing to see again.

What this does not promise

It does not promise a feature that does not exist yet. Anything described as coming could change or be dropped, and only what is on the changelog is real. It does not cover things outside our control either: a county that stops publishing its records, or a carrier that changes what it permits, is a fact we have to tell you about, not a promise we can keep for it.

Leaving

You can end your account inside the product, in Settings → Account, without emailing anybody or booking a call. The same screen exports everything you have — contacts, notes, activity, every number the skip tracer found, your property pulls and your saved searches — as files you can open anywhere. Nothing is held back, and neither of those buttons needs our permission.

Who is promising

Tracepoint is operated directly by Fadi Abuhafed. There is no support queue between you and the person who writes this, and the promise above is his, in writing, on a page with a date on it.
