Filters that read the county's own columns

The property search now filters on equity, last sale date, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year built, a vacant-building flag and an over-65 owner, plus lists of ZIPs, cities by name, counties on state-wide layers, and an exclude for each. Every filter is on exactly where that county publishes the column, and greyed with the county's reason where it does not.
Saved searches, new-match alerts, and a map you can draw on

Name a search and run it again in one click; switch on an alert and it is re-run once a day, with an email only when a parcel matches that did not before. On the map, draw the neighbourhood instead of boxing it. In the results: a live match count before you pull, sort by any column, pin a shortlist that survives new pulls, skip a row and undo it, an aerial thumbnail with a Street View link, and a switch to hide parcels already in Contacts.
Distress signals on a property

Unpaid back taxes in five markets and missed water bills in New York City now show on a property as a signal you can filter on, pulled from each city's own published list rather than bought from a broker.

A traced phone number is now tied to the property it belongs to, so a number that came back on one list is already there the next time the same address appears.

It was a skip tracer. It is now a skip tracer with the contact book, pipeline, dialer, texting and follow-up around it, so the numbers you find do not have to be exported somewhere else to be worked.
