Terms of Service

Effective September 5, 2026

Tracepoint is a skip tracer and CRM built for wholesale real estate, operated directly by Fadi Abuhafed. It is not affiliated with, and does not run its billing through, FanBasis, Commas, or Whop — nothing on this site collects a card number, and no payment happens through the product itself.

1. Getting access

There is no self-serve signup. Access is granted manually by Fadi after a sales call, once pricing and payment are agreed on directly between you and him. Until an account is activated, it exists with zero lookups and does nothing.

2. What the skip tracer gives you

The skip tracer compiles publicly available records — county parcel and assessor records, and public people-search pages — into phone numbers and emails tied to a property or a name. Every number carries a proof label showing where it came from and how confident the match is. It is not a guarantee that a number is correct or currently in service, only a record of the source it was found in.

3. What you use it for

Results are provided for real-estate marketing outreach: finding and contacting property owners about buying, selling, or wholesaling. You are the one placing the calls and sending the texts and emails, and you are responsible for doing that lawfully. Specifically, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with the TCPA, state Do-Not-Call rules, and CAN-SPAM for every call, text, and email you send using data from this product;
  • Registering your own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with your own Twilio or GoHighLevel account before sending SMS at any volume — Tracepoint does not register this on your behalf and cannot make your carrier compliance someone else’s problem;
  • Honoring every opt-out. Tracepoint keeps one permanent, cross-channel opt-out list — a number or address that unsubscribes from a call, text, or email stays suppressed everywhere, for every customer, and you may not attempt to re-contact it through this product or any other.

4. Your own tools and credentials

Tracepoint is built bring-your-own-provider: you connect your own Twilio, GoHighLevel, Resend, or Brevo account rather than using a shared one. How those credentials are handled is covered in the Privacy Policy; in short, most are held in your browser and forwarded only with the request that needs them, and are never sold or used for anything but sending on your behalf.

5. Payment and refunds

Pricing and payment terms are whatever is agreed on the sales call. There is no published refund policy beyond that agreement — refunds, if any, are handled as agreed on the call, not by a standing policy on this page.

6. Ending your account

You can ask to have your account deactivated and your data deleted at any time — book a call or reach out through whoever set up your account, and it will be handled directly, not through an automated form.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continuing to use Tracepoint after a change means you accept the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
