How per-hit billing works
A hit is a lead that comes back with at least one phone number. Every hit counts toward your plan, whether the number was found fresh or was already on file. A lead with no number never counts.

- How does billing work?
- Every plan is billed per hit. Your plan comes with a set number of hits each month, and every lead that comes back with a phone number uses one.
- What counts as a hit?
- A lead that comes back with at least one phone number. Numbers Tracepoint already had on file count too, the same as a number found fresh.
- Do misses cost anything?
- No. A lead that comes back with no number never counts toward your plan. No number, no charge.
- Which plan should I pick?
- The one closest to how many leads you work in a month. A list of 10,000 leads never uses more than 10,000 hits, because misses don't count.
- What happens to hits I don't use?
- They don't roll over. Every month starts again at your plan's hits. If you often finish with hits left, move down a plan. If you often run out, move up one.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Yes. Every plan is month to month. Change your plan or cancel anytime.
- What happens after I pay?
- You pay on a secure checkout, then create your account on the next screen. It opens in the Skip Tracer with your plan's hits ready.
